 IT and Tech support. With several years of experience a whiz at the data entry and forms completion. Prepares all Exemption/Refund documents for the Retail Electric Providers and the Texas State Comptroller’s office for review 

 Customer field Ops. With his FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate Adrian is fully aware of how to record the field data for our engineer. He accurately records all exempt and non-exempt equipment in your business. The data gets passed to the Engineer for processing. 

Telemarketing/Sales specialist. Bill contacts our customers and will explain the exemption process step by step. Our customers are satisfied.

Sales and Marketing. Specializes in Spanish speaking manufacturing/fabricating business concerns. She will explain our company and “Hablar en Español” with you.
